Multiple miners interacting in the same network
Created a local network of multiple BItcoin Nodes. Each node is a miner. Connected to each miner and submitted transactions that were seen by the others miners.

How to use
Each miner should connect to the RPC point of the node, code the rust to connect to them, and send transactions accordingly
The transactions can be checked by using each of the miners RPC point and calling listtransactions
